Both of those were FAR more highly geared than MOF .... this is selling to pay margin calls I think. The equity is now worth 40% of what it was a few months ago. No tenants have left , the rent is still pouring in , the IR and FX hedges are in place. Great value , I bgt some more yesterday at 74c. Also bgt some IOF and DXS ... average yield ocer all purchases about 11.2% ... crazy. If your interested in commercial properties the stockmarket is the place to buy at present , yields almost double what you get actually buying the buildings themselves.
