My guess is that its the sale of the property and retiring of debt, in this climate its the right thing to do
Debt is such a dirty word at the moment, hopefully sentiment will improve if its reduced significantly and we can watch that 's-curve growth unfold'
We may look back at this as a 'five star bargain' !
