Yeah agree on the Trading Halts. Like you lets hope this has some real substance.

A take over of destra would be very hard, Prime hold a blocking stake, unless of course its prime.

my bet, they sell the property, prime injects further capital. they pay down debt, which would in effect help EBIT this half.

one thing i would like the board of DES to consider is rewarding shareholders.. if DES does do EBITDA of $10M, and they have paid down debt, give shareholders some value..

I am not talking cash dividends, as this is a growth stock. But a suggestion a stock re-investment plan, or issue stock to existing shareholders rather than capital.

this is an area they do ned to look into.. value for shareholders. then you will have the big end of town interested.

I am sure dom would love this.
