Fantastic.....yet to me the Railway issue is the defining thing...

Fantastic.....yet to me the Railway issue is the defining thing in fully excepting the life of the belt [ economically  ] for years to come ?  The Botswana
Gov't commitment to develop and aid the participating companies [  on the backs of the ordinary shareholders ] should in the first instance cover
the costs of  rail transport to Walvis Bay.........and in the second instance in a preconceaved attempt to promote this,   let it be known in advance
that this will happen......this would ease the negitivity regarding investment....and promote action ?       There are more ears on the ground in Aus
than here where I live.......so any ideas or news we don't know about would be warmly welcome.       Regards
