Yes i wonder what the JV deal will look like. I don't think it will be as simple as MTR exchanging 30% of the JV for x% of equity in MOD. Lawyers have been poring over all possible ways to structure the deal for over a year now, so I'm expecting something more complex and shrewd. Just have to wait and see.
On another note, I had the pleasure of JVR and Stef Weber's company at a small lunch meeting prior to the MOD presentation in Walsall, Birmingham UK at the weekend. Suffice it to say that they were both on cracking form and exceptionally bullish. We covered a vast range of matters and we UK investors came away with our heads spinning and adrenaline flowing. Such potential which those remarkable AEM interpretations of the initial seven domes clearly show, almost like MRI scans of the structures.
Looking forward to T 1 underground assays, the resource upgrade and new T3 Dome results etc.
A great time to be hunting copper in such a near perfect jurisdiction IMO.
