Maybe we could obtain finance from a bank to restart the refinery, or even government assistance. It's a tangible asset which will generate income for both the company and government, and local employment too. It's not the same as asking for finance to drill, which we'd never get, though we are an explorer. Maybe there won't be any significant dilution in restarting the refinery. That'd be ideal
