IMO maybe the delay in production in NYE form first half of year to second half (maybe), lack of progress in getting the equipment setup and retooled in NYC, lack of reporting with concrete and substantiated progress regarding finance - just a few IMO but there would no doubt be more but generally lack of concrete ANN's on progress on all fronts. 

IMO they need to address this ASAP otherwise support will continue falling and SP will follow!!

so a retest of $0.25 may well be on the cards - bugger!
