There have been a few occasions with MNS where supposed signed deals have never been spoken of again, leaving us to consider that perhaps they’re no longer in play. ROSATOM comes to mind, this was a big promising one from a couple of years ago that never really got another mention. I’m not saying it’s gone, but the company should really be clarifying this either way. Leaving the market to assume just leads to uncertainty and we all know what that does to stocks.
