Looking at the action, it appeared to be capping at the 2.4 cents level every time there was some buying action.
Then at about 2pm, the prices dropped to 1.8 cents which either looked to me like DTs who bought in the morning getting out due to the inaction, or trying to trigger stops (or a combination of both)
