Every min passing makes it less and less likely that there is going to be a last min settlement and I reckon MMX management is pretty confident that everything is going to be pretty cool and therefore no need to make any offer CHM cannot refuse.

Its true that there is no certainty but the weight of the evidence and the outcome of similar cases in the past can give them some idea about the most likely outcome.

I reckon everything is going to be pretty cool and I'm pretty sure its going to be the end of CHM for ever cuz no way their so called funder is going to risk more money should the judge decide in MMX's fav.
