OJ got off because he was there with his son and committed the murders with him.
Thats why the glove did not fit him cause he wasnt wearing it and it was his sons.
His son was not charged so that evidence basically acquited him along with playing the im black card and see how they pick on a successful black man.

As for this case CHM will have to prove a lot of things and thats where it gets hairy for you guys.
A settlement is what you needed, but seems at this late stage you are too greedy for your own good.
