Gardie old boy....MMX confident of "successful outcome"...Harbinger confident of Successful outcome, UBS and market seem confident...My mail Chm alleged plenty, against all defendents, wove an intricate CIRCUMSTANTIAL story against both Barnes and Grim, But tabled no hard evidence and actually proved little against MMX....success rate by plaintiff in these types of cases less than 5%, Judges notoriously unlikely to find in favour of plaintiff without overwhelming ammount of hard evidence, eye witnesses, taped conversations, written agreements, documents etc etc...With the exception of 2 cheques totalling approx $190,000 nothing else incriminating tabled, and even this described by both parties as a loan and the only witness to the transaction testified that that is how it was descrbed to him...So no doubt Grim would have informd Nicu/MMx board he had secured a loan, therefore MMX itself would have had no knowledge of any misuse of funds, if indeed it was...Which brings us back to MMX having "Clean Hands" and therefore an inoncent party....Sure, If proved they will have to pay back the money plus interest, but Absolute best outcome for chm $4 to 20 mill (as previously posted and stood by).....less funders slice....Hardly a problem for MMX, but nevertheless an annoyance and an irritation, thankfully soon to be consigned to the past....
