Hoohoo
You seem to crawl out of the woodwork regularly with these predictions of doom.
You dont seem to out there posting these calls of doom anywhere else but on CHM which feels to me more like you are rattled as a MMX holder.
CHM has got over 1 billion shares on issue so how is turnover of 5 million shares demonstrating a mass exodus.
Are the directors selling ? This would be punters who got excited leading up to the case and now realise hey this could drag on for another 6 months.
What about the recent pump and dump in MMX. What about the investors who paid over $2.70 with you among other ramping it up say woosh $3.00 here we come.
I think Paul's definition of a succesful outcome is MMX getting to keep some Crossland shares. They have conceded CHM funds got used. Now their tactic like Glyna is to try and take it back to percentages.
Courts take a very dim view of ill gotten gains. Problem for MMX is that current team was arriving and knew of certain transactions and signed off as old team left. Therefore knowledge extends into new management of MMX.
Despite having knowledge they have not tried to mitegate loss but have taken this course and left it in the hands of the judge.
Go do some research of what the judge had to say when MMX lawyers suggested that MMX should just pay back the funds.
