If only the case was as simple as your first analysis suggests.
A one eyed CHM fanatic could also claim they could have discovered JACK HILLS and positions reversed.CHM could then return any monies owing plus a similar compensation amount to MMX. You also say the dodgy character couldn't have funded the purchase without stealing the 100k.(I prefer the word stealing to be more appropriate than misappropriates regardig the &100.OOO.) SO the JUDGE has to determine ... Does he reward the theif by rewarding the theft, with most of the spoils???.What a great example that would condone...
With regards to the theif's poor sister who didn't know. Ignorance is no excuse, otherwise half our jails could be filled with innocent inmates.
I think your a bit stingy with only allowing 24mill.I thought 70 or 80 mill had already been turned down???.
