MMX took over winterfall so the documents stamp duty etc would have been prepared by MMX If they marked it down then they cant know mark them up.
You also seem to talk about the amount of cash coming to CHM as if CHM will accept the MMX offer which you seem to know is about 20 million.
But how do you know the judges mind so well as CHM/CFE I am sure will now wait for the judgement and its not cash that they want but a direct interest in the assets.
The cash they will get from the former CEO Grimaldi.
Go back to the case that CHM put up as I understand it all of CHM witnesses managed to get to court while very few MMX witnesses wanted to take the stand.
No forensic accountants like Paul claimed.
MMX arguement I heard was along your lines which was the money put in was not that much. In a civil case you need to disprove as much as prove and thats a bit hard without witnesses who were there at the time taking the stand.
So if it is shown to be the all important most risky first payments came from CHM without which MMX would have never got the assets then your percentage arguement is a nonsense as a greater weighting is always put on seed capital.
The chess game continues
