Gard's...Initial 80 million shares at 10 cents..Value $8 million.....stamp duty payable by purchaser..Its in black and white the written value put on shares...if winterfall failed to pay correct stamp duty (as you might on a car purchase) then its the buyer who is at fault It doesnt make a $50k car worth any less cos you dodgy'd up the stamp duty...Also a further 1.7 million shares when coy listed..these were transferred as normal transaction when mmx trading..20 cents so further $3.4 million.....plus $.1 mill in cash, of which 550k was paid out of share placement funds after started trading (also in black and white).....chm can argue against all of this but I am fairly sure arguement in the end is just that...and carry;s little weight when it is cold hard facts, agreements, witnesses and indisputable evidence that is needed..sadly chm case has very little of that...hence market just not buying it.....And yes MMX did enter into negs with both funder and chm,,,we know that from Judge...
But i dont think anywhere near the stratospheric numbers punters hoping for...Think $20 mill....and you wont be too dissapointed..If hoping (dreaming)of much more, there's gonna be a lot of sad faces in chm land..
