With the hearing date due to be set on the 14 Nov, I would be interested to know what people's thoughts are on the strategy MMX is likely to implement.
Previously, it appeared that MMX was simply dragging out the case in the hope that CHM simply ran out of cash but now that CHM has appointed a litigation funder that strategy seems pointless.
MMX would have been better off dealing with CHM directors directly and I would imagine having to face a litigation funder is going to make it more difficult for MMX to walk away with a deal that doesn't leave egg of their face.
Also, given that MMX MD recently sold 1 million of his own company's shares recently can any suggest what prompted such a move. Could he have found himself in a margin call or is he trying to take some of his own money of the table before having to deal with the realities of the CHM claim?
Cheers
