I understand the "net cash movements in the creditor/receivable accounts" to indicate a combination of a reduction of payables (June 2015 $16.282m) and an increase in receivables (June 2015 $22.585m) rather than a "loss". There could be many reasons for choosing to manage the company's cash flow in this manner (availability of supplier discounts, improved prices from deferred customer payments etc).

The report is excellent - a clear confirmation of the improvements implemented during the past year.
