With only three years of reserves, any new CEO appointment needs to have a deep understanding of epithermal gold geology and its challenges and opportunities, as well as small scale underground mining and operating in the Philippines.
I would have thought an external appointment was needed to breath life into this company, and give the market confidence it wasn't just going to be more of the same.
