Tc. Re the pending appt of a new CEO at Medusa. Patrick Chang is a young guy with no management experience and very little of working for a mining company in any capacity.  The Medusa board would have to agree to any appointment as their own jobs may rely on it.

If Medusa decides to make an in-house appointment to this position I would have thought a much more likely choice would be Dave McGowan.

Dave McGowan ia mining engineer.

Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Mining Engineering, WA School of Mines,

Professional Certificate in Management, Adelaide University

He has been Medusa's COO for 8 months since his appointment last June.

Before that he was Medusa's General Manager, Engineeringfrom 2/2017 - 6/2018.general manager engineering

He has a lot ofrelevant experience, 35 years, incl with Barrick Gold, Resolute Mining etc.

He is based in Perth's Medusa office and has similar travel requirements as BT had to operations on Mindanao.
