I wasnt aware of those shares, what were they issued for him for as part of remuneration? As shareholders we need to start voting against these actions, should be performance based, you can have some shares if you perform and the share price gets up to $1, not just dilute and take shareholders money for nothing.

The more I look into management of some of these ASX listed Cannabis companies , it shows a picture of whos in it for themselves and who wants to look after shareholders. Have some companies with the biggest market cap like AC8 and CAN paying salaries of around 40k, whilst they are doing so much work in the real world, and personally answer to emails, I have yet to get a response to an email I sent to MMJ over 3 weeks ago, maybe they didnt like some of my posts on this board, and AC8 and CAN management are not just stock picking like I said they are in the real world constructing buildings, getting licenses, etc, MMJ doing none of this and literally now just stock picking with shareholder money , have one of the highest paid management in the sector.
