Antman - I started the weekend thinking that I might buy a very sizeable, and leveraged, MMG position.

If I were to do this, I would want to be highly confident that there was not much downside in the stock price (I can't easily afford margin calls).

Therefore, I have assessed whether I think that there is a realistic prospect of further weakness if the broader market falls further. I have concluded that such a possibility is real.

I do not "expect" the share price to fall to $1.25 or any other number. In fact, I think that the current price (which represents less than 5.5x EBITDA) is well oversold.

I just think that there is some chance that the stock will fall further as it currently has few friends.

And I will bet you a very nice bottle of red that there will be no capital mgmt initiatives announced this week. They can't afford to give up the cash.
