    But this is my thoughts and my IMO :

    According to all announcements, They must commencing the phase 2 , delayed already, to me whatever permits they applied for they must pushing forward and must have them . Too late already.

    Looking forward and Waiting now to hear from turning bit on the ground. Not backwards talking.
