MLS BOD + Management team just need to get rid of old working systems/ behaviours which caused the delays and losing Market's trust in the past to catch up the up-to-date Market.
New Chairman in 7 years with Company , holdings $75.00 shares value needs to reconsider and changing himself .
He should understand that he now , as the Chairman, is the negative symbol of Company . Give up or give in all his best .
Chairman holding big $value of company share always brings more confidence to shareholders and Market / Investors/ End user.
Shareholders can help him to recognize his role by sending email directly to him through MLS email addresses.
One email a year may not work but one thousand emails a day he must understand. He is a smart chairman.
This year, 2019 , We're as 92% voting shareholding , from last AGM figures, need to change as well. Sending our proxy forms, attend the AGM , ring the office, sending email to share the hardships with Management team, to encourage and support our BOD.
I have to confess my negative attitude in last AGM by not sending my Rep. and proxy form. I'm sorry + apologies.
I myself have to change too.
Large shareholder and T20 Holders please consider , if you are here for quick few pips profits that is not worth for the amount of cash and time you invest in MLS at the moment.
Waiting for ×100 pip .
Waiting for drilling results.
Waiting for productions.
Don't use your time and effort to manipulate or capping sp , big investors doing / thinking big things.
Remove your hopeless waiting sell orders , that's only cause losing stock sentiment and scare market/Investors at this stage.
Use your time and effort to help BOD to push your Company onward and Upward then grab your huge profits later.
Wishing to see big changing, big re-rate for MLS in 2-4 months time frame.

Do you know Gino personally ? If not i think it's wrong you're making representations on his behalf ? Unless you know him personally / professionally and are working directly with him, you don't know how hard he is working. So to some extent this statement you're making is entirely misleading. Please remove this.
