A play on words. Winter is from Oct - March officially. So drilling could start and be completed between these periods. They've been consistent in this message without naming a month. This is most likely due to the fact they've not got the permit.
I think the exploration got held up with permits. They stated they had the permits to an including drilling. They then announce different permit needed to drill through winter.
The year in conclusion hasn't been company defining and many key dates missed. Their saving grace is the results from the sampling. They are fully funded for drilling and so no concerns there.
Give MLS a 5/10 in terms of hitting targets for the year. I'm locked in given the really positive sampling results and i'll be looking to bring down my average over the coming months with the SP locked in for 0.003 for at least until drilling is completed.
