My thoughts only - with all due respect.
According to all announcements up to date:
MLS will have the GM on Monday coming
up , 10- September .
Resolution 4: Vote for Future issue shares and options.
Be short:
-Regardless results of the GM, Issue Day should be made at least 7-10 trading days after results of phase II come out or placement at high price.
Good Nanhai report + Phase I + Phase II results will see SP up , 5 days of volume weighted average Market Price will bring benefits for MLS + MLS shareholders , particularly for MLS Retailers.
So far :
-Nanhai samples testing results, with positive feedback, come around next 10 days.
-Results of Phase I should received around End of October.
-Phase II , assuming need 2 weeks for drilling + 6 weeks for results is expected to receive, hopefully Christmas , end of 2018, time.
-If the above time (end of year 2018) not suitable for MLS's strategy / Projects , BOD still can adjust in 2 months time at 2018 AGM , November coming up.

All placements above was during the MLS's bad times , MLS was like the small boat on the high sea without direction. MLS shareholders feel bad , uncomfortable if don't want to say suffering and disappointed.
Now , MLS is :
1. Right on the target: Aiming to produce High Grade Graphite with Low cost at Lac Rainy Graphite Projects.
2. NANHAI MOU signed and (fully ) supported .
3. NANHAI samples testing's feedback positive and "was very encouraging also!",Billy.
4. Graphite demand and price keep increasing.
5. Phase I + Phase II is processing by experience and famous Co. :Magnor exploration.
6. "Metals Australia is in an enviable position." , Gino.
7. Last but not least, The Bridge was built.
The Placement price in near future should based on all the above.
That's the BOD efforts and should consider.
That's also the corrections + improvements Shareholder hope and wishing to see.
