    IMO as much as I love MLS and believe that I will eventually make some money on it, I do believe that there will not be a sustained SP improvement until we get a signed agreement to take Lac Rainey to production.
    I don't even think that an impressive JORC will be enough to hold the SP much above these levels.
    Until then I expect that we will see lots of pumps and dumps surrounding announcements.

    I could be wrong and I have been in the past, but this is my current opinion.
