From my experience of other companies in a very similar circumstance, I would not put a single cent into any SPP (CR) unless they have some results from drill bit (not geo, not surface samples). I also would be very much against some "cornerstone" investor buying any volume that results inevitably results in dilution only at current prices. It is plausible that some companies do "mates" rates at very low SH before say phase 2. that will only mean loss for retail holders.
