The only issue at the moment re: CR is at what price point per share. It will be issued at a "minimum" 80% of VWAP from the previous five days of trading. The lower the worse it is for us. We don't really want it under 0.5 cents but could make do with issue at 0.4 cents if we can't get a booster from the best case scenario.

Best case scenario would be after completion of phase 1 (in progress) and phase 2 of the Lac Rainy exploration project, if we are in a position to put out a great maiden resource estimate which would surely put a rocket under the share price to over 1 cent at least (which would bring MLSOA back from the dead).
