    Definitely. Like weevils in wheat - there're everywhere. They're also in BCN today, bringing down genuine trades at 0.022 repeatedly to 0.021. Not sure how this type of trading is allowed to stay legal. It shouldn't be. It's clearly institutions that somehow don't pay brokerage, and not something that is available to retail traders.
