I always feel more confident when management (BoD, CEO's etc etc) have substantial holdings and/or are in the top 20 list ....

.......For example; FMG, FXL, MSB etc

In companies like these (and there are literally dozens more examples) where the CEO or Chairman have a substantial holding (in most cases they are also the founders of the company) they have as much to lose as us retail shareholders (more in some cases) and generally will be giving it their best shot to advance the company as far as they can IMO

MLS is a set and forget for me ... I even bought a couple of million more options (both MLSO & MLSOA) today to throw in the bottom draw and forget about.
