    @Petertkd , I agree with the gist of what you are trying to say, that is wishing MLS well which is nice ... but ... the AUZ SPs you mentioned and drew conclusion from were SPs "off the hype". The actually SP since the start of the period you mentioned is around the base price of 8c (the 15.5c was the overshoot off the hype and also a few that followed - naturally) ... nevertheless well done AUZ and yes hope MLS will do the same and one better.

    P.S. will keep an eye, or two, open tomorrow for the announcement re permits and road construction you believed will come soon (as of yesterday).
