50% of shareholders need to vote in favor of the spill. That is unlikely to happen. All that is happening now is new money coming into this developing and promising company is being scared off by the negative drawl on here. The company needs to inform shareholders with what is happening, good and bad.....That is half the reason for the spill attempt in the first place. If shareholders had confidence in what was happening day to day and the long term future the share price would be much much higher, I would be less bald and less financially stressed out
