The new entity is an entirely new beast

The money from New York will be pitched essentially an IPO that is established in the US and Aus and growing Globally.

Any thing could happen here guys..

My concerns are Dilution and at what cost, but my hopes are fanned by Medivets faith in the share price as evidenced by substantially scrip deal with solid escrow terms.

Time will tell
