ML GRANTED, page-13

Towie.  Bit late for a TH.  Those who don't follow us on HC will be very peed off right now.  Lucky there hasn't been too much damage done, YET.
A TH would be rubbing salt into their wounds and ASX should be looking into this as we speak. "Material" information, and one that will probably trigger of a strong reaction of the market like a 1,200% plus increase in volume, is "supposed" to be announced immediately the company becomes aware of it.
Surely DNRM told them, or their representatives, before they released that report? The ML was granted yesterday and it was only on the web site this morning.  Management had a stack of time to inform the market, at least with an announcement.  Were they, again, going to wait until the next QR like they did with the LO agreement??  The irony is that I could even get pulled up for releasing what, IMO,  IS "material" information before the company did.  How bleeding ironic would that be?
At least we can safely say that LNY is not a leaking ship!!!
