once it reaches 65-75c range then it'll be worth based on new total shares (167m) approx $100m which means that the fund managers will have to put it on their radar screens and buy up in order to just perform at the same level(ie. they'll have to index weight)
if it goes above 75c prior 4/07 then the nhrg's will most likely convert and it will well and truely be worth over $100m
not bad for a company that not so long ago was only market capped at approx $6.5m-$10m
