    I've given my opinions on the question of Liberia ad nauseam on these pages. That transaction will never happen on those terms now for the reason you mention. It can't be justified. Ghana just comes down to a willing buyer and a price IMO. I doubt you'll here anymore news on exploration from there for a while, they seem to have done enough to give any buyer an idea of its potential.
