    You are correct about the 155m shares, the website I am using is wrong. However, we can't include the oppies (unless we include the 30c each they will raise).

    So at 9.1c it gives a mkt cap of $14.1m
    ... which is still below cash backing & gives no value to tenements, farmins etc..
