VEI has potential to move higher with some patience but we all know the risks involved.

I think its a HOLD and see at the moment, as I am definitely keen to top up when things become more clearer in that we are heading in the right direction.

Having PRY on board with almost 20% is encouraging however, should VEI miss its mark, then they could become sellers and you know what happens when a substantial holder starts selling stock.
