    "New company secs
    Okap no longer involved
    Perth Office moved to SA
    No more con notes
    Several Directors have resigned
major cost cutting on all fronts
    etc etc

Is this change? I think so. Why did it happen? Votes."

    What votes unite??

Here's the results of the last votes that I can see.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2, it is confirmed that the following resolution put to the General
Meeting of Continental Coal Limited, held on 28 March 2013, was passed on a show of hands:

Resolution 1: Ratification of Prior Issue of Shares to Oracle Securities Pty Ltd
Resolution 2: Ratification of Prior Issue of Shares and Options to Oracle Securities Pty Ltd and Baycrest
    Capital LLC
Resolution 3: Placement of 19.9% Interest to Cornerstone Investor
Resolution 4: Approval of Employee Share Plan
Resolution 5: Issue of 788,011 Shares to Related Party (Mr James Leahy)
Resolution 6: Issue of 2,750,000 Shares to Related Party (Mr Jason Brewer)
Resolution 7: Issue of 1,225,470 Shares to Related Party (Mr Mike Kilbride)
Resolution 8: Issue of 2,796,750 Shares to Related Party (Mr Peter Landau)
Resolution 9: Issue of 410,551 Shares to Related Party (Mr Don Turvey)
Resolution 10: Approval for the Issue of New Listed Options
    Resolution 11: Director’s Remuneration.

I don't see anything in the above that has anything to do with what you claimed changed by votes.
Am I missing something? Where is the vote to remove OKAP? PL? Flegg?
One would have thought res 11 to increase directors remuneration by 60% would have been voted down.

What I see since the Village settlement on the 8 May and Mr Swanepoe taking the board is Village cleaning house.

    All this.

    New company secs
    Okap no longer involved
    Perth Office moved to SA
    No more con notes
    Several Directors have resigned
major cost cutting on all fronts
    JSE listing
Non-Executive Directors reduction in fees of 25%

    All happened after Village.

What I'm starting to get from this is a power struggle, and certain interests are now for the first time finding themselves on the wrong side of the ledger.

    Just my thoughts.
