Did you know that this company was about to do this RTO october in 2014?
It has been 18 month since 3 of the 4 directors placed the company into voluntary administration.
Some shareholders say that they put the company into VA because they had enough of the founding director/inventor/designers BS. That's what some shareholders have posted saying about what they were told. This is why the company is being investigated.

Some of the shareholders call it a savvy business move, to place the company into VA to avoid paying tax, creditors and employee entitlements. What would've been more savvy would've been not to use VA and to pay the bills.
