I've just spoken to Andrew M about this missing gold plant. He advised that:
"The gold plant is not missing and Proto has paid only a deposit and not the final payment. Proto has deferred the final payment and delivery as well. The gold plant company has confirmed to Proto recently that they will be able to deliver and the recent correspondence on Hot Copper is a beat up with the internal shareholders of the gold plant company who are in dispute with each other and negotiating a way out"
