The 4C has just been released, be sure to examine that very carefully in terms of how any income from Wescone/Ecoquip might fund any other activities such as ATEN operations in addition to the standard projected outgoings.
I'm seeing ballpark $300K revenues against $600K-$700K outgoings per qtr. It's a much better picture than previously and they have $2.2m cash so the ship is not sinking.
But there are still some substantial hurdles in front of VPR which can be cleared via good management but will take a long & slow burn to overcome.
