GWR have watched TGN shares reach a high of 80 cents now they have dropped to 52.5 cents without selling 1 share. After the last failed capital raising the board had a great opportunity to stop the need for future capital raising's and put more cash in the bank.A responsible board would have seen TGN's share price was ripe for a bit of profit taking before the price drop.They could always have bought more at the lower price.
