misleading marketing i got caught

I don't normally sign up for cheap products but for the first and last time I got sucked in.

Their quote.

We can save you around $80 quarter off your bill.

Our starting rate is lower than theirs, our starting rate is 27cents a kw plus we give 15% off the bill not the rate.

So I get 27cents plus 15% off they whole bill.
Reply yes.

Outcome.

1. The starting rate was 33 cents AGL 27CENTS STARTING RATE.
2. They don't give 15% off the bill only the rate.

AFTER WORKING OUT THE REAL SAVINGS IT WAS UNDER $100 YEAR NOT $300 A YEAR AS HE INSISTED.
