Like you've said the job scene in the mining industry is picking up. He has already been offered a better and possibly higher paid position elsewhere and he is seriously considering it. He is a very highly qualified person with lots of degrees behind him rest assured of that, and he might not even have to do any more FIFO either. For what he tells me, just an office position in a big City and earning some big money.
