Well mate, tell me as to why they manage to get a job in those departments if they are not qualified to fulfil their position and requirements of employments.?

Is it then the case of not of what you know but who you know.?? I rest my case with that one.

But now, that ASIC is under the grill for what they haven't been doing, (NOTE THE I WROTE HAVEN'T), we have the Politicians (Or better still the Treasurer as it falls under his control), coming out telling us that they are intending to give them more powers. Dear oh me what is the good of that and give them more powers when they can't even use the power they have got available to them already.

They are extremely quick and even going out of their ways to make sure and remind you to pay your fees and even fining you if you don't do it on time, but they are under resourced when they are supposed to be doing the job they have been appointed to do in the first place. Once again.................GO FIGURE.!!

Why don 't they both, the Politicians and ASIC, admit that they have stuffed up instead.?

Talk about putting the cart in front of the horse.

In closing and following through with what is coming out now with The RC where some of those people have been threatened to be put under some criminal charges, how many of them will actually go through the Court and go to Jail............ UK and/or somewhere else where you can't touch them, here I come is more than likely. And possibly their companies will even give them a solid golden handshake and pay their airfares and relocation costs too.

Nothing surprises me anymore.
