Another potential disaster, following GPT and other so-called blue chip property vehicles.
Coincidentally, the latest Smart Investor mag has their "CEO Hot Seat" article on MGR this month. The headline reads ".....the integrated real estate group's low debt levels, strong workbook and commitment to developing core offerings should serve it well in the present challenging times".
Assuming this halt is bad news (discounted capital raising or similar), how can the state of business change so quickly? I suppose management can gloss over reality for only so long.
