The directors who are worth over a billion dollars between them could snap WEC if they wanted to - taking it private
You have to wonder why Flannery bothers to be the CEO? He is worth half a billion bucks? Why doesn't he retire? And then you have Duncan who is around 80 years old
You would think with all the wealthy people involved something will eventually happen
