I have recently bought into CTN for diversification purposes, as the rest of the my of my holdings are top 200 companies.
Is the substantial discount to NTA because of mistrust of managers (they will bleed the fund dry with fees, and/or black mail shareholders into coughing up more money to avoid dilution), is it an illiquidity premium (the bid-ask spread seems fairly tight?, is it the fact that the NTA is bullsh*t, like in REIT's or in the Everest Alternative Fund? I can't work it out
